I order a pizza at 7 p.m. to watch them start preparing at 7:05 p.m. That is not the point of an order ... therefore 1 stars.

We ordered for pick up and they forgot our dessert. Instead we had a salad in our bag. After calling they were not apologizing and didn’t care to give us a compensation. After talking in the phone for a bit and making clear that’s not what we paid for we were “allowed” to pick up our desserts and offered a discount coupon. It’s a 10 min car ride for us to pick it up (one way) and after saying we just want the money for the dessert back they said that’s all you get. Wow that’s what you call bad customer service. We were basically forced to go there again. So we picked up the dessert and got the discount coupon. Now the best part: the coupon was only valid till 31st of December 2020 and it’s the 15th of January 2021. Well thanks for nothing! We won’t be ordering there again!!!

Delicious pizzas. The staff is sometimes a little overwhelmed. Slightly better trained employees and it would have been five stars.

We ordered pizza to take away. For the take away pizza was good but not the best Italian pizza. They are better on pasta dishes

It's Ok. Pizza's are cheap, but nothing amazing. Staff can be friendly or rude. It's really hit or miss.

Great pizzas, but not able to drive 3km straight to deliver them. The delivery area ends a few meters in front of the door and it is not possible to make an exception.

After visiting in summer 2019 when at least 4 fruit flies were swimming in my freshly served caipirinha, I avoided this restaurant for a while. A few months ago I went to eat there again and was also very satisfied. Today we waited over 45 minutes for our pizza, and we weren't the only ones. Snippy answer "It takes as long as it takes" from the staff.

Super bad service! We ordered delivery by phone on November 12th, 2020 at around 11:30 a.m. There was still nothing there until 1 p.m., we called several times, and suddenly they said that if we want it delivered, we have to order online. Thank you also, we tried to explain that the page kept hanging and not working, but nobody was interested! At some point it finally worked at 1:01 p.m. At 2 p.m. there was still nothing there! Of course the lunch break was long over. But well, we called again, where the food is now. The statement was “the colleague should be there in 5 minutes”. All right, at 2:26 pm he was there and the pizza was cold. On the receipt there were also completely different times. Of course we called again and complained, on the phone they asked for the e-mail address that was given in the order, what for ?? Because what has happened to this day? Right, NOTHING! This is an absolute cheek and requires the full amount for it ... Once again? NO !!

I really like to eat there, the food is just great (it tastes very good). The staff are impeccable, very friendly and respond to all customer requests. Also ask if the food tastes good. Always very happy to be happy with everything.

First you call and reserve a table for outside. Then you arrive at the agreed time and they say the last table is gone and from now on there will be no service outside anyway. All right then, take away pizza. No problem, they say, takes 15 minutes. In the end it took three quarters of an hour. With all my love, people, it really works better!

The waiting time for delivery is 191 minutes. Ordered at 19:41, delivered at 22:52. In the meantime, repeated attempts to contact the restaurant did not help fulfill the order on time. I know the quality of this company from other restaurants. I was always satisfied, but this time the pizza just came out cold and old. Everyone tried, but something didn't work. I think someone here just can't handle it. I ordered two pizzas with ham and mushrooms but as you can see in the pictures they didn't succeed. I do not recommend ordering online !!

We went here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing. Very nice and friendly staff. The food and drinks were very good. Really great. Eat in a cozy, Italian atmosphere. I can really recommend it.

We live in the same corner as we are, unfortunately the employee with the long blond hair doesn't bring us back every time. Incredibly not authentic the friendliness and throwing us food on the table. We always try to sit down somewhere else so that we are not served by her, but no idea why she keeps serving us ... But all the other employees are incredibly friendly, I have to say that too. the kitchen could also be better, or how losteria actually is!

Were to eat 4th. Food was good as always (it's a chain), but the food came at completely different times. First the salad, 10 minutes later the pasta and 20 minutes later the two pizzas. Does not work at all! When we go to a restaurant together, we want to eat at the same time.

Really very good! I highly recommend, professional staff, the kitchen is on time, the place is located in a nice area, the interiors are beautiful and comfortable! We will go there again!

Finally a chain is really great. This branch is also top. Friendly service and great food. Huge pizza. But everything else is not small but also appetizing. We will be back. And they also have a playground.

refreshing modern interior, relaxed atmosphere, kind staff. perfect for a lunch together. pasta was absolutely delicious, pizza a little too soft and could've used more crust in the crust, but made up for it by being really large.

We go there outside of peak hours and it was really wonderful. The shop is in great shape, clean and it is also pleasant to sit outside. There is enough distance to the Frankfurter Ring so that it is not too stressful and the exhaust gases are not annoying. I will gladly come again.

a bit hidden, but therefore calm and nice surrounding. Easy to park. We have been there for lunch, where they offered a special menu. Well designed interior, friendly staff with quick service and delicious food.
